1Introduction & Definitions

Zbazi (operating as zbazi.click) is an online betting and entertainment platform offering cricket, football, lottery, and other sports betting to users in Bangladesh. In this document, "we", "zbazi", or "platform" refers to zbazi.click, and "you", "member", or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

2Account Registration & Verification

To place bets on zbazi, you must first create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. zbazi reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incomplete information.

• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure.

Zbazi follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Identity verification is mandatory for large withdrawals — this is done entirely for your protection.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to use zbazi. This is strictly enforced. If a minor registers using false information, all transactions on that account will be voided and deposits will not be refunded.

• Date of birth is verified as proof of eligibility.
• Withdrawals may be held until age verification is complete.
• Active professional athletes may not place bets on events in which they are competing.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Zbazi supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 BDT (for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 4–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (same bKash/Nagad number).
• Withdrawals will be placed on hold for any suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

5Betting Rules

6Bonuses & Promotions

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure fair use of zbazi's services:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using multiple identities to abuse promotions.
• Sending hacking attempts, viruses, or malicious code to the site.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

8Responsible Gaming

Zbazi is firmly committed to responsible betting. We want every member to enjoy their experience and play within their limits. If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your daily life, please seek help.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• You can take a temporary break for anywhere between 1 day and 6 months if needed.
